Mushroom Agnolotti - pecorino brodo, crispy pork belly with 2019 Rombauer Napa Valley Merlot
Peppercorn Crusted Tenderloin - truffle bearnaise, pommes puree with 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
